Scope and review status
This policy covers www.nivomax.com. It does not describe cookies in licensed NIVOMAX applications or the Help Center. This is a review draft. Production browser storage and the security provider's site configuration still require verification before publication.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small records stored by a browser. Local storage also keeps information in the browser but does not send it automatically with each page request. This policy covers both types of technology when used by this website.
Necessary functionality
The website uses browser storage to remember your cookie preferences and help you resume a licensing estimate. These functions do not create advertising profiles or subscribe you to marketing.
The consent preference is stored under nmx-consent-v1. It records a preference version, the time of your choice, its expiration and any allowed optional services. It contains no enquiry answers. The preference uses version 2, expires after 180 days and is checked when the consent controls load and while the page remains open. An expired or incompatible preference is removed when checked. When optional analytics is available, the website asks for a new choice. Earlier necessary-only choices do not enable newly added analytics.
Saved estimate answers use nmx-estimate-v1 in local storage on the browser you use. Answers remain available while you work, and a saved estimate can resume for up to 14 days after its last save. An expired or invalid save is removed when the English estimate page next checks it. A successful online submission or Start over removes the saved estimate. Browser storage is not an automatic email or enquiry submission. You can also clear it using your browser controls. Contact and feedback answers are not saved in browser storage by this website.
Session storage remembers when you dismiss the Home release announcement under nmx-release-dismissed-capstone-2025-2. It contains only a dismissal flag, does not submit information and lasts for the current browser tab session. The full release introduction and links remain available on Home. Browser controls can clear this preference.
Form security
Online forms are designed to use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish automated requests from legitimate enquiries. A configured form loads the security check when you submit. The receiver must verify the returned token before accepting the message. This security function is separate from optional tracking preferences. The review build has no configured public challenge key, so its online submission controls use their disclosed email preparation or fallback path.
Turnstile's production hostname configuration, pre-clearance setting and any browser storage it creates have not been verified for this website. This policy does not assume that Turnstile is cookie-free or that any particular Cloudflare cookie is set. Those provider details must be confirmed before this draft is published. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes the provider's handling of the security service.
Optional analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use www.nivomax.com and improve the Website. Analytics may use cookies to distinguish visits and measure activity. We block optional analytics until you accept it. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings. This does not prevent you from browsing the Website or submitting an inquiry.
Fonts and website search resources are served as website assets. This source review does not establish the storage or scripts added by a production host or security edge.
The staged integration retains measurement destination G-VVRDYW34BR. Its configuration sets first-party _ga and _ga_VVRDYW34BR cookies with a maximum configured lifetime of 180 days without extending their expiration on each visit. Their actual production creation, lifetime, browser restrictions and Google property retention still require verification. No analytics cookies are created by the disabled integration. Google is an external provider; its processing and transfer details require policy review before activation.
Changing your preferences
Use Cookie settings in the footer to open the preference dialog. When optional analytics is disabled, the dialog provides information without acceptance choices or automatic interruption. When optional analytics is enabled under an approved policy, the first visit offers equally clear Accept all, Reject optional and Settings controls before optional tracking loads. Settings lets you allow or reject analytics. Accept and Reject close the dialog. Closing it or pressing Escape never grants consent. Valid choices are remembered across pages. Necessary functions remain available when optional technologies are rejected.
You can change or withdraw an optional choice through Cookie settings. The website must stop future events from controlled optional integrations and clear their controlled first-party state. Changing a preference cannot erase data already sent or storage that the website cannot access. Your browser also provides controls for cookies and local storage.
