For platform administrators, data-license and fleet managers, customer-organization administrators, support teams and authorized end users.
Give the right people access to the right publications.
Axis is the platform’s system of record for organizations, users, roles, data licenses and entitlements. Administrative and self-service actions use that shared context.
Onboard
Invite users and admit customer organizations, with administrators and roles defined for each organization.
Assign and activate
Allocate data licenses, register devices and manage access to software and publication libraries.
Review and reclaim
Review license and device status, reassign access and reclaim capacity when requirements change.
Administer access without losing the organization context.
Organizations and membership
Manage organization records, invitations and membership. Authorized users can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them as permitted.
User roles and onboarding
Apply organization-scoped roles across the platform. Just-in-time provisioning is available for the Licensee’s organization; customer organizations are admitted by invitation.
Data-license administration
See assigned, activated, unused and reclaimed data licenses. Manage allocation and reassignment as staffing, devices and operational requirements change.
Devices and downloads
Review registered devices and their activation status. Control access to software and publication downloads, including resumable transfers.
Commercial entitlement handoff
Apply approved subscription and entitlement changes from Aerotrade or an agreed external integration, keeping commercial decisions connected to publication access.
Signed client configuration
Issue signed configuration profiles carrying organization identity, entitlement anchors and policy to NIVOMAX clients.
Keep identity integration distinct from entitlement administration.
NIVOMAX integrates with your identity provider through its shared identity layer. Supported capabilities vary with the protocol and identity provider. Axis remains authoritative for the platform’s organization, user and role records.
Vigilance Sentinel adds authorization and access enforcement. Vigilance Watcher provides access and activity evidence. Vigilance Compliance supports entitlement recertification. These are separate licensed extension modules. SCIM 2.0 provisioning is also an optional extension capability.
One administrative record across the platform.
Arkitect publishes the libraries Axis distributes. Aerotrade passes approved commercial entitlements into Axis. Horizon uses the resulting decisions for activation and publication access.

Frequently asked questions
Does Axis sell subscriptions or display publications?
Aerotrade handles publication commerce and subscriptions. Horizon presents the publications. Axis manages the organizations, users, data licenses, entitlements and downloads that connect those activities.
Can users manage their own devices and downloads?
Authorized users have self-service access to their account, devices, licenses and entitled downloads. The available actions remain subject to their organization, role and entitlement.
Does support for an identity protocol mean every identity feature is available?
Supported capabilities vary by protocol and identity provider. Review the required sign-in, provisioning and account-lifecycle behavior with Synaxiom. SCIM 2.0 provisioning requires an optional extension module.
Are the Vigilance modules included with Axis?
Vigilance Sentinel, Vigilance Watcher and Vigilance Compliance are separate licensed extension modules. Axis remains the administrative and system-of-record layer when those modules are used.
