For clarity, these Terms apply only to the public Website at www.nivomax.com. They do not apply to the NIVOMAX software platform, NIVOMAX applications, customer-operated NIVOMAX installations, docs.nivomax.com, any Help Center or Support Center, synaxiom.com, or other websites, products, or services operated by Synaxiom or its customers. Those products and services may be governed by separate agreements and terms.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about NIVOMAX, its applications, extension modules, capabilities, deployment models, licensing, services, releases, and related topics.
The Website is intended for informational and business evaluation purposes.
