Arkitect, Axis and at least one Horizon delivery are required in every NIVOMAX installation. Modules extend specific parts of that workflow. They share the installation’s identity and organization model, with permissions appropriate to the capability.
Confirm the required application or delivery before selecting a module. Chronos requires Arkitect. LiveConnect requires a Horizon delivery. SkyTask requires Horizon Web for assembly. FleetPass requires Vigilance Sentinel and a supported Horizon device delivery.
Identify the release process, reading workflow, access policy or reporting question you want to address.
Check application and delivery prerequisites, roles, connectivity and the records the module uses.
Agree licensing, responsible teams, retention and any separate integration or implementation work.
Each answers a different access question. Axis retains the administrative records, and each module is licensed separately.
Should this access be allowed?
What access and activity occurred?
Should this existing entitlement continue?
Custom extension work is separately scoped with your operational and technical teams. Describe the process, systems and acceptance criteria you need to support. Synaxiom will review the fit and proposed work.
Each extension module is optional and licensed separately. The proposal defines the selected applications, deliveries, modules and user scope.
Modules can be added as requirements grow. Confirm prerequisites, configuration and the change to your licensed installation with Synaxiom.
The standard modules are enabled within the NIVOMAX installation and its applications. Plan storage and retention for the records they create, along with any external integration requirements.
NIVOMAX Relay is a separately licensed Windows companion for Horizon Desktop. It has its own product page and sits outside this module list.
Application support is provided to the Licensee’s designated support contacts. Direct support for other users in its own organization and customer organizations is available through optional End-User Support. Professional Services are scoped separately.
Bring your release process, device operation, access-review needs or reporting questions. We will help identify the configuration to evaluate.
