Publications and license records answer different operational questions. Insights helps teams see which libraries are used, how licenses are assigned and activated, and how readers reach content across their Horizon deliveries.
Reporting draws on the installation’s existing activity, entitlement and commercial records, including Axis, Aerotrade and Horizon where licensed. Insights is read-only and leaves entitlement and content decisions with the applications responsible for them.
Review utilization by library, publication, organization and frequency of use. Identify the data modules and figures consulted most often.
See assigned, activated, idle and available licenses to inform the organization’s licensing review.
Compare use across licensed Horizon Web, Desktop, Network Data Server and mobile deliveries.
Give customer administrators reporting for their own organization, with wider installation reporting restricted to authorized Licensee roles.
Schedule reports for named recipients and export common tabular formats. A read API supports the customer’s own reporting tools where configured.
Choose the publications, licenses, organizations or deliveries relevant to the review.
Use the installation’s existing records with access scoped to the reviewer’s role and organization.
Schedule or export the report for authorized recipients, then use it in the team’s operational review.
NIVOMAX Insights is licensed separately and enabled within Axis. Reporting runs against information held on the Licensee’s infrastructure.
If Vigilance Watcher is licensed, it remains the evidentiary access record. Insights provides operational reporting. Activity held on offline devices appears after those devices reconnect and transfer their records.
Insights reads records already held by the platform. Watcher is a separate evidence module; when both are licensed, their reporting and evidence roles remain distinct.
Report visibility is controlled by organization and role. Customer administrators receive the information available to their own organization.
Insights provides read-only analysis. Entitlement and content changes are made through the platform applications and processes responsible for them.
