Entitlement recertification

Vigilance Compliance

Put current publication entitlements in front of their reviewers.

Vigilance Compliance builds the inventory of who currently holds which entitlements, routes it to the responsible reviewers and applies their decisions. The review acts on publication access within NIVOMAX.

For access-governance owners and reviewers responsible for deciding whether existing publication entitlements should continue.

Conceptual workflow illustration.

Review the access held today.

An entitlement review begins with the current inventory. Vigilance Compliance presents the access a person holds to the reviewer responsible for deciding whether it should continue.

Reviewer decisions drive the entitlement changes. The module acts on access within NIVOMAX and writes nothing back to the customer’s identity provider. Axis remains the platform’s administrative system of record.

Capabilities

What Vigilance Compliance adds.

Current entitlement inventory

Produce a view of who holds which entitlements, ready for review and sign-off.

Responsible reviewers

Route the recertification review to the people accountable for the entitlement decisions.

Recorded decisions

Record each reviewer’s access decision as part of the campaign, preserving the outcome of the review.

Reviewer-driven execution

Apply the reviewer’s decision to the entitlement. The organization’s identity records remain managed through its identity provider.

Working sequence

Inventory, review and act on the entitlement.

  1. Build the inventory

Identify the current entitlements within the review scope.

  2. Route the review

Put the inventory in front of the responsible reviewers and record their decisions.

  3. Apply the decision

Execute the reviewer’s entitlement decision within NIVOMAX without changing the identity-provider record.

Before configuration

Define the review scope and accountability.

  • Identify the entitlements and organizations the review will cover.
  • Nominate the reviewers accountable for deciding whether that access should continue.
  • Agree the review process and ownership of entitlement changes.
Optional, separately licensed extension module

Keep access recertification distinct from identity administration.

Vigilance Compliance is a separately licensed extension module. Its scope is current entitlements and reviewer decisions within NIVOMAX.

Vigilance Watcher provides historical access and activity evidence, and Vigilance Sentinel extends enforcement. Each has its own role and license.
