Track recurring and one-time order items, approvals and fulfillment. Offer self-service requests for products, subscription changes and renewals.
Commercial reporting

ERP and CRM integration
Use documented interfaces to connect commercial data with existing enterprise systems. Integration scope depends on the APIs and processes those systems provide.
Keep commercial records and access records in their proper place.
Aerotrade manages what is sold and subscribed to. Axis is the system of record for organizations, users, data licenses and entitlements, and applies approved entitlement changes.
Aerotrade can produce supporting commercial documents. Final invoicing remains with the organization’s ERP or finance system, with integration defined for the installation.
Add commerce to your NIVOMAX™ installation.
Aerotrade is optional. It works with Arkitect’s publication products and Axis’s entitlement administration. Organizations retaining another commercial system can discuss the appropriate integration with Synaxiom.

Frequently asked questions
Is Aerotrade required to use NIVOMAX?
Aerotrade is optional. Arkitect, Axis and at least one Horizon delivery are required. Your commercial requirements determine whether Aerotrade or an external-system integration is appropriate.
Can customer organizations manage their own subscriptions?
Customer organizations can request new products, changes and renewals through controlled self-service. The OEM or publications supplier retains the required approval path.
Does Aerotrade replace our ERP?
Aerotrade manages publication commerce and subscriptions. Final invoicing remains with your ERP or finance system. Integration depends on the interfaces and processes available in that system.
Can we use our enterprise identity provider?
Aerotrade uses the NIVOMAX identity layer and the identity provider configured for the installation. Access is controlled by organization and role. Supported identity capabilities vary by protocol and provider.
