Choose the applications, Horizon deliveries and optional capabilities your program needs. NIVOMAX is licensed for an agreed term and deployed on infrastructure your organization controls.
Publication data licenses are separate from software licensing.
Your requirements determine the licensed configuration. The estimate considers your users, source content, delivery needs and operating environment.
Identify the organization operating NIVOMAX, its deployment environment and the production and non-production arrangements it needs.
Arkitect and Axis are required with at least one Horizon delivery. Add Syntaxis, Aerotrade, Relay or extension modules where your workflow needs them.
Review user numbers, content volume, optional capabilities, services and the license term with Synaxiom.
Applications, Horizon deliveries and extension modules are licensed separately. The platform user bracket applies across the licensed applications and deliveries.
Arkitect, Axis and at least one Horizon delivery form the required installation. Choose the Horizon deliveries that match how your teams use publications.
Add Syntaxis for authoring and source-content governance, or Aerotrade for publication commerce and subscriptions.
Relay requires Horizon Desktop. Extension-module prerequisites depend on the capability you choose. FleetPass requires Vigilance Sentinel.
The NIVOMAX software license covers the applications, deliveries and optional products agreed for the installation. It does not itself grant access to an OEM’s technical publications.
Publication data licenses and entitlements are administered through Axis. The OEM or publications supplier controls the content access it grants.
Software updates, upgrades and maintenance releases are included during the license term. Application support is provided to the Licensee’s designated support contacts.
Direct Synaxiom support for other users in the Licensee’s own organization and its customer organizations is available through separately purchased End-User Support.
Implementation, migration, training, integration and infrastructure services are scoped separately. The estimate form lets you identify the services you want to discuss.
The proposal defines the selected products, user bracket, environments, license term, payment arrangements and separately scoped services. Infrastructure operations remain the Licensee’s responsibility unless a separate services arrangement assigns them.

Application support covers designated Licensee support contacts. Direct support for other users in the Licensee’s own organization and its customer organizations requires optional End-User Support.
The form collects the scope for a non-binding estimate. Synaxiom reviews the requirements and prepares the estimate. Professional Services are scoped separately.
