Whats New
One-Time Login
Configure once, then go.
Log in and configure your user profile once. From then on, enjoy uninterrupted use in your installed NIVOMAX apps without needing to log in again. Customers who prefer stricter authentication can enable One-Time Pin (OTP) verification via mobile device or email. Login-on-each-access is also supported for those who require it. Each NIVOMAX distribution can be uniquely configured to align with your organization’s access model and user requirements.
Smart Switch
Automatic Online/Offline mode detection
NIVOMAX Viewer Apps intelligently switches between online and offline modes without user action, ensuring uninterrupted workflows.
Session Persistence & Workspace Sync
Never lose your place — even after logout.
Users return to the exact state they left off, minimizing disruptions and retracing steps. Additionally, users can save their current Viewer workspace and resume it across devices or sessions — enabling seamless continuity wherever they go.

A visual green/red status icon at the bottom of the NIVOMAX Viewer reflects your connection to NIVOMAX services. This indicator helps users quickly understand whether updates, syncs, and entitlement checks can occur.

For NIVOMAX License Holders
(Operators, OEMs, and MROs)
Who is eligible for the NIVOMAX 2025 platform upgrade?
All existing customers with active NIVOMAX licenses are eligible to upgrade at no additional licensing cost as part of their platform subscription. Professional services fees may apply for configuration, implementation, or integration work.
Are we forced to migrate and use the Out-of-Band User Validation mechanism from NIVOMAX 2025 onwards?
No. With the new upgrade, customers now have the capability to offer end-users the OOB validation mechanism. Customers who prefer stricter security can also configure OTP (One-Time Pin) or require login on each access. OOB validation only applies to Viewer apps installed on end-user devices.
Do I have to reconfigure my on-premise setup to use the new capabilities?
Yes, if you wish to take advantage of the new capabilities, a series of reconfigurations to the platform you are using is needed. We also must validate compatibility with your SSO IdP system — most enterprise IdP systems can be supported. Our Customer Success team is available to help you plan and implement these changes smoothly.
How can I reserve a project window for upgrade planning?
Simply connect with your assigned Customer Success Manager or representative to schedule an upgrade consultation.
What steps do I need to take to activate this upgrade?
License holders must coordinate an upgrade project with the NIVOMAX Customer Success team. While the platform release will be available starting August 2025, system reconfiguration may be required to activate the new login behaviors, offline switching, and session persistence features. We recommend planning early (June–July 2025) to ensure a smooth transition and minimize operational impact.
Will I still need to log in to the NIVOMAX Web Viewer, Builder, or SSP?
Yes. This upgrade streamlines login access for users running installed apps on their devices. Web-based apps, including the NIVOMAX Self-Serve Portal (SSP), Builder, and Web Viewer, will continue to require login credentials as part of the normal security process.

What happens if I lose internet or server connectivity?
The Viewer automatically switches to offline mode, allowing you to continue working without disruption. The status indicator will show your current connection state (green = connected, red = offline).
Is the offline capability new?
Offline operation has always been part of NIVOMAX, but with this release, online and offline switching happens autonomously based on server availability.
How transparent is this upgrade to end users? What will be the main change and impact?
The upgrade is designed to be highly transparent. After the initial upgrade is completed the NIVOMAX Viewer, end users can continue working normally without repeated login prompts.
