NIVOMAX is licensed as enterprise software under a term based right to use (RTU) model. Organizations deploy NIVOMAX within their own infrastructure and receive continuous updates, enhancements, and application level support throughout the license term. Optional modules and services may be added at any time.
What Your License Includes

Your standard NIVOMAX license includes:
- 2 Production Hosts / Apps
Active/Active or Active/Passive configurations for high availability. - 1 CI / Development Host / App
For development workflows, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Term Based Right to Use Software License
NIVOMAX licensing provides the legal right to install, operate, and use the platform during the active license term, including all updates and upgrades released throughout the term.

- Access to updates, upgrades, and maintenance releases
- Application level support for all included modules
Your License Does Not Include
The term based RTU license covers software use only. It does not include:
- Installation, deployment, or environment setup
- Infrastructure or server maintenance
- Uptime guarantees
- System monitoring
- On-premise maintenance
- Implementation or migration services
These services are available separately under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with SLAs.
